Month Two: The Curse, the Door, and Milliways
The Door
It's safe to say that, in Milliways, the Door is everything. It allows people to come and go, be Bound, or visit other worlds. It's one of the things we love so much about Milliways, because it allows characters from so many different canons to interact, to introduce and be introduced to brand new places, experiences, foods, or cultures they never would have known existed.
Leaving Storybrooke
As Henry (and Jefferson) point out, the Curse prevents the people of Storybrooke from leaving the town, at the risk of a dire fate. Emma is allowed to leave, as she was unaffected by the Curse. Henry may leave, because he's also unaffected and a child with no choice but to return. Everyone else is subject to the restrictions of the Curse.
The Curse and the Door
Here's where it gets dicey: currently, our concept of Milliways as a viable alternative to Storybrooke is dependent on the fact that the bar is connected to the town through the door. However, if Mary Margaret, for example, were to be Bound, her connection to Storybrooke would be severed and she could technically be considered to have left the town, which the Curse specifies she physically cannot do.
We would like to posit, therefore, that those affected by the Curse (the Storybrooke versions of the characters, NOT the FTW versions) would be unable to be Bound, due to the magic of the Curse. Presumably, being Bound would have the same effect as leaving the town, resulting in something horrible happening to the character stuck (and we mean Rocks Fall, Everyone Dies level of horrible).
The Curse and Visiting Other Worlds
If it's true that Milliways is only allowed as an option for the cursed characters (since the curse is on the characters and not the town) while the Door remains open for them, then it follows that the characters would not be able to use the Door to escape to another world (again, Emma and Henry are the exceptions to the rule, being unaffected by the curse. Possibly Regina or August as well?).
Likewise, as Henry says, nobody new ever comes to Storybrooke (with the exceptions again being Emma and August). It follows that the Curse would therefore block any new people from coming through the doors with a Storybrooke resident. Emma, for example, might decide to bring Michael Westen through the Door to help her look for Kathryn, but the Door would not open for her as long as her intention was to bring this outsider through. IN CASE OF PLOT: the Door may ALSO be used to bounce the would-be visitor someplace else (with permission of all muns involved), though our preference is for the Bound scenario.

(I think August gets a pass re: sticking directly to the terms of the curse, through whatever means it is that he managed to see the world before canon; obviously he's got something up his sleeve. Regina might also qualify, but I'm not sure if she'd use it, since to her half the fun is gloating over Snow. Gabby, feel free to have other ideas. XD)
